Thermen museum is completely wheelchair friendly with a wide entrance and an elevator. There is a reduced combined entrance fee for disabled visitors and one companion.
Other useful information:
- With the exception of guide and assistance dogs, dogs unfortunately are not allowed.
- There are several lockers near the entrance where you can store your belongings for free.
- You can park your buggies in the space in front of the toilets (near the wardrobe). Baby diapers can be changed on the disabled toilet: Ask for a changing table at our front desk.
- People with disabilities are allowed to park in front of the entrance in one of the two parking spaces (provided one is available). A permit is available at the front desk. See the photo below.
